Oil on wood 36”x20” One of the first bigger oil paintings I did, long ago… this was the first time i truly felt like I accomplished what I set out to… one of my favorite snakes in existence… imantodes cenchoa or the blunt headed tree snake… they’re not quite colored like this… I enjoy amplifying colors when I see the opportunity to do so… one of my favorite paintings I’ve done… this wil always be a landmark painting for me… It now resides in the collection of @jimmydalessio
