Texture study in the shape of death… Oil on wood panel… 8”x10” This was fun… for this one I just closed my eyes and put a paint brush to the board… no reference, no plan just paint… it’s liberating to paint this way sometimes and a pleasing departure from laboring over making the image look like the drawing, or reference pics… As a Tattooer it’s easy to get stuck making imagery that has to look like the reference… letting go of this feels good… This one is small, and for sale… 250.00 plus shipping Thanks for looking and thanks for all the support… I couldn’t do this without you!
